New Happenings this Week
For results with Yoga, as with any program, one needs to learn simple rules; dedication and persistence. You have to be dedicated and follow the practice on a regular basis if you really want to get results. Check out this week's article on Top 10 Tips to make Yoga a success.
Hot Fitness Tip of the Week
When working out it is best to train larger muscles first and smaller muscles last. Training large muscle groups (thighs, chest, and back) will take a majority of your energy; therefore you need to train your large muscle groups when you are at your strongest. Smaller muscles (biceps, triceps, and forearms) should be trained after larger muscles because they don't require as much energy to train. If you train smaller muscles first then you will not have enough strength left to train your larger muscles.
Words of Inspiration
ACCEPT CHANGE WITH A SMILE: Sooner or later you'll encounter an event in your life, and how you meet it determines your future happiness and success. Since the beginning of time, everyone has been called upon to meet such a crisis. A closer look will show you that most ""crisis situations"" are opportunities to either advance or stay where you are. Indeed most changes in your life will take place out of either ""inspiration"" or ""desperation."" Whatever comes your way, give it meaning and transform it into something of value. Your personal growth is the process of responding positively to change. A precious stone cannot be polished without friction, nor humanity perfected without trials.

Article of the Week: Top 10 Tips to make Yoga a success
Top 10 Tips to make Yoga a success: For results with Yoga, as with any program, one needs to learn simple rules; dedication and persistence. You have to be dedicated and follow the practices on a regular basis if you really want to get results. The major problem with most yoga 'drop outs' is not getting the techniques right, as most people have aligned their minds to believe, but the ability to establish the habit of following the practices through on a regular basis. The following tips may help you to do your yoga with success. 1. Determination: Start your yoga with a firm determination to see it through. Yoga begins and ends with the mind, if you can convince yourself you really want to do it, then you should be able to keep the spirit. Close your eyes, search deep within you, ""is yoga really important to me?"" Give it a fair try and stick to that determination. There are days when you feel low and won't want to do your yoga, remember your initial soul deep determination and you will always find the right spirit to go ahead. 2. Be organized: Things go smoothly and are more interesting when they are well organized. Try to make a regular schedule for your yoga practice and stick to it. The mere fact that you will always look forward to the period of your daily yoga practice will always keep it in your consciousness. You will get best results from yoga if you do your practice daily. No matter how busy you are, keep some time free during the day and reserve this time for your practice of yoga and meditation.
