3/4 of a full shot of in a sundae glass.
• Put a brown sugar cube on a spoon with holes in it and rest it on the rim of the sundae glass.
• Pour the remaining 1/4 of the shot of onto the brown sugar cube.
• Light the brown sugar on fire. Let the flame burn for a minute while the brown sugar drips into the glass and caramelizes.
• Stir the caramelized sugar into the glass.
• Add the water to the glass, stir again.
Absinthe Minded Martini Recipe
Recipe
Dry vermouth
Orange peel                              1
Grand Marnier? orange liqueur 1/2 oz
Mari Mayans? absinthe            1/2 oz
Bombay Sapphire? gin            3 oz
Preparation
• Properly chill 1 cocktail glass. In mixing glass with ice
• Pour gin and absinthe, and stir.
• Roll 1/2 oz of dry vermouth and throw away the excess.
• Strain other ingredients into cocktail glass and float 1/2 oz of grand marnier over top.
• Garnish with orange peel.
Absinthe Martini Recipe
Recipe

    Gin                   2 oz
    Dry Vermouth  ? oz
    Absinthe         1/8 teaspoon
Preparation
• Stir well with ice. Strain into a prechilled cocktail glass.
• Very pleasant with an onion stuffed olive. Some bartenders pour a soucon of into the glass
• Swirl it around and then add the martini.  
Peppermint and
Recipe
     Absinthe                    1 oz
     Ice   1 glass
     Peppermint schnapps 1 oz
     Lime juice                  1 oz
     Club soda                 1 oz
     Lime
Preparation
• Prepare a Highball full of ice then add 1oz. Absinthe, 1oz. Peppermint schnapps, 1oz. Lime juice
• Stir well.
• Fill with Club soda and garnish with a lime slice.
